Programme benefits are the year-long privileges that are granted to MUSE members on the basis of your Tier.

Benefits can be accessed by presenting your MUSE Virtual Card or via the Experiences and Offers section of the MUSE Mobile App.

For same-city deliveries, your items should arrive within 48 hours. Deliveries in remote areas will operate on a select day basis. Timeframes will range depending on your Tier and delivery address. Please contact the MUSE Concierge to follow up on the status of your delivery.

Members will receive Bonus Points once per brand for any eligible purchase over AED/SAR 200, BHD 20, or KWD 16. Birthday Bonus Points are available 15 days before and after your birthday, as long as your birthday date is updated on the MUSE App. Emerald members will receive 1,000 Points, Sapphire members will receive 2,000 Points, and Ruby members will receive 3,000 Points.

MUSE Days entitle members to receive an exclusive 10% off across all participating MUSE brands. Emerald members can look forward to one MUSE Day per year, while Sapphire and Ruby members will gain access to two MUSE Days per year.

Sapphire and Ruby members will be notified of early sale access at select brands, up to 48 hours in advance of seasonal sales (Dubai Shopping Festival and Dubai Summer Surprises).
