Programme benefits are the year-long privileges that are granted to MUSE members on the basis of your Tier.

Members will receive Bonus Points once per brand for any eligible purchase over SAR 200. Birthday Bonus Points are available 14 days before and after your birthday, as long as your birthday date is updated on your account via MUSE Concierge in your Country of Operations. Emerald members will receive 1,000 Points, Sapphire members will receive 2,000 Points, and Ruby members will receive 3,000 Points.

MUSE Days entitle members to receive an exclusive 10% off across all participating MUSE brands. Emerald members can look forward to one MUSE Day per year, while Sapphire and Ruby members will gain access to two MUSE Days per year.

Sapphire and Ruby members will be notified of early sale access at select brands, up to 48 hours in advance of seasonal sales.
