You are eligible for one membership account under your name, which will be linked to a single mobile number. MUSE only offers individual membership and not corporate or other types of membership.

An eligible spend is defined as the total spend at our participating stores except on exclusion items; such as VAT, vouchers, store credits, purchases of gift cards/gift certificates, certain discounted items and product catalogues.

You can only collect and redeem Points as a registered member on eligible spend at any of our participating stores. At the time of redemption, you need to ensure that you present your physical ELITE membership card or present your virtual card on the MUSE App. You cannot collect Points on VAT, vouchers and store credits.

You can collect and redeem Points against internal promotions hosted within, or managed by, the Group. Promotion Terms and Conditions apply.

Your MUSE account may have been blocked due to a suspicious activity or other reasons. Please contact the ELITE Concierge in your Country of Operations

MUSE reserves the right to change, modify or cancel the Terms and Conditions linked to the programme without notice. You will be informed of this when applicable. However, it is your responsibility as a member to keep yourself updated about programme rules and terms which are published on the MUSE App and website https://elite.experience-muse.com/

If you wish to cancel an existing membership, you will need to provide a written notification of cancellation to elite@eliteguest.net. Upon receipt, the ELITE Concierge will terminate the membership by deducting all Points and Tier Points. Members will not be able to avail any of the services and benefits offered by the MUSE Loyalty Programme.

MUSE can terminate your membership if you do not operate as per the specified Terms and Conditions of the MUSE Loyalty Programme or indulge in any fraudulent activity.
