You can collect Points at participating stores by providing your mobile number, by presenting your physical ELITE membership card or by presenting your Virtual Card, accessible via the MUSE App.
Points are calculated based on an eligible amount spent at any of the participating stores in the MUSE Loyalty Programme. You will earn 3 Base Points on every AED 1 spent. You will earn 1 point for every AED 1 spent on discounted items. You can collect Points on all eligible spend made at our participating stores with exceptions on exclusion items; such as the VAT on your purchases, redemption of vouchers, on a purchase of gift cards/gift certificates, certain discounted items and a few product catalogues.

Yes, your Points are valid for a period of 24 months from the date they are earned. Your Points will expire on the last day of every month, at midnight.
Currently, Points cannot be collected for online purchases nor anywhere else besides the participating stores. We will add this feature very soon and you will be notified of this exciting addition to the MUSE Loyalty Programme.
Payment using cash, credit card, gift certificates, gift voucher, and gift cards are eligible to collect Points. Payment using coupons and store credits are not eligible to collect Points.

You can claim your missing Points within 30 days of your purchase by sending an email to elite@eliteguest.net with your membership details, as well as attaching a clear copy of your sales receipt. Your request will be reviewed by the ELITE Concierge. Points will be credited for transactions after the launch date of MUSE, which is 25th August 2019 in UAE and 17th November 2019 in Kuwait.
