MUSE App and Account Maintenance

With the MUSE App, you can access your Virtual Card, view your Points balance and transaction history and update your profile. You can also view your membership benefits, browse exclusive MUSE offers, and book experiences.

Your unique 12-digit membership number is displayed on your physical ELITE membership card and your Virtual Card within the MUSE App. Your mobile number is also directly linked to your account. When you log in to the MUSE App, please ensure you select the correct country code from the dropdown menu and enter your registered mobile number and password.

To update your personal details, please log in to your account on the MUSE App and select ‘More’ to open the main menu. Click on ‘My Profile’ and then select the ‘Edit’ tab.

Please open the MUSE App and enter your registered mobile number, then proceed to click on ‘Forgot Password’. You will receive an OTP (One Time Password) via SMS for verification purposes. Enter the OTP in the required field and follow the steps to reset your password and regain access to your account

Yes, you will be advised by email when your Points for the current month are due to expire. Please ensure your details are up to date on the MUSE App in order for us to be able to communicate this to you.
