Please ensure you have downloaded the MUSE App in order to receive the One Time Passcode (OTP) required during Points redemption. You can redeem your Points as payment towards your eligible purchases in participating stores, or for experiences via the MUSE App.

Currently, you cannot purchase Points. However, you may transfer Points between accounts at our discretion. Please contact the ELITE concierge in your Country of Operations or via email at elite@eliteguest.net to transfer your Points to another account.

You may choose to make a partial payment with Points and the remainder with cash or card on eligible products. You will collect Points on the amount paid by cash/card. Experiences can only be redeemed using Points.

You can redeem your Points after 24 hours.

Experiences are special moments we’ve created with our brands and preferred partners, just for you. All experiences can be found and redeemed exclusively via the MUSE App. We’re continuously adding exciting new experiences so be sure to keep a look out for the latest additions!

Great news! There are a number of complimentary experiences available that do not require any Points. However, all experiences that are not complimentary can only be redeemed with Points. To access any experience, you will need to download and log in to the MUSE App.

The Points required for each experience is detailed in the MUSE App.

All contests are featured on the MUSE App. To enter, simply select the contest you wish to participate in and click on “Enter.” Winners will be randomly selected and contacted by MUSE. Employees of the Chalhoub Group are not eligible to enter contests.

Some experiences require a booking to be made, while others are available without an advance booking. To book an experience, simply click on the “Book Now” button found at the bottom of your selected experience. You will be connected directly to the ELITE Concierge via call or Live Chat, who will make the booking on your behalf.
